These thresholds control the Recommendation logic on the Performance page (Scale / Reduce / Pause).

Target CPA (£)
Above this CPA (and weak ROAS), campaigns may be flagged to reduce.
Target ROAS
At or above this ROAS (with conversions), campaigns may be flagged to scale.
Min spend to judge (£)
Below this spend, campaigns are generally “Hold” (not enough data yet).
Reporting window (days)
Default time period used across dashboards and the Plan (e.g. 7, 30, 90).
